Notice about Plagiarism or Fraud

Fraud Any student behavior during exams or assessment elements that is likely to distort the result of the assessment and is adopted with the intention of favoring oneself or others.

  1. Fraud or plagiarism committed in any assessment element results in the annulment of the assessment element and its result, without prejudice to the possible initiation of disciplinary proceedings.

  2. The following sanctions may be applied to student disciplinary offenses, depending on their severity:

    1. A warning;
    2. A fine;
    3. Temporary suspension of school activities;
    4. Suspension of academic evaluation for one year;
    5. Prohibition from attending the institution for up to five years.
