Henrique Vicente received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from University of Évora, Portugal, in 2005.

 

He is a Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Évora, and teaches subjects related to areas of General Chemistry, Aquatic Chemistry and Environmental Chemistry.

 

He is a researcher at the Chemistry Centre of Évora and his current research interests include:

 

● Aquatic Chemistry;

● Environmental Chemistry;

 

● Water Quality Control;

 

● Lake and Reservoir Management;

 

● Distributed Artificial Intelligence;

 

● Multi-Agent Systems;

 

● Logic Programming;

 

● Genetic and Evolutionary Programming;

 

● Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery from Databases;

 

● Intelligent Information Systems.
